Deposit of financial statement documents for 2009

We hereby announce that as required by art. 77, paragraph 1 of the Issuers’ Regulations of Consob, our Annual Report 2009 is as of today available for consultation at our head office, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., and on our website: www.reply.eu.

Other financial documents required under art. 77 of the Issuer’s Regulations are also available for public consultation at our head office.

The minutes of the Shareholders’ Meeting will be made available to the public through the same channels and as required by law.
