Portaltech Reply, the Reply company specialising in the provision of e-commerce implementation and multichannel consulting services, was recognised by hybris, leader in multichannel e-commerce software solutions, with a remarkable set of awards at the 2012 hybris Partner Summit.
The prestigious “EMEA Partner of the Year” was awarded to Portaltech Reply thanks to major projects for accounts such as H3G, O2, TUI Travel, Monsoon & Accessorize, Office Shoes and Bunzl Group.
Portaltech Reply also secured Global Partner of the year, outperforming the best partners from North America and Asia Pacific. In conclusion, as a confirmation of the significant results achieved alongside hybris, the Portaltech Reply team was awarded with the Platinum Elite status, becoming the first and only partner worldwide achieving this level of partnership.

According to Gartner, demand for e-commerce will continue to grow in the next months: marketing departments, CIOs and IT professionals will look at it as a driver for sales operations improvement, revenue and profits increase, and better engagement with new and prospective customers. In order to increase their e-commerce visibility, in 2012 companies will allocate more budget to the development of mobile applications, social and cloud-based solutions, with an increase between 5 to 15 percent. It is estimated that by 2015 companies that have developed a practical multichannel e-commerce strategy will be able to generate up to 50 percent of sales through the web.
